As a result, we created kaaius.com, where we provide products that mimic nature and gives you a sense of style, luxury and timelessness while being comfortable, and most importantly, reasonably priced. We set out with the mission to provide these products at an affordable price instead of the outrages prices we’ve seen on the internet for similar products. We love to be one with nature, and now, we are bringing that to you.

Can I engrave my order?

Yes, we offer engraving for all watches and bracelets. Please get in touch with us at info@kaaius.com to request an engraving. You can still request an engraving after completing your purchase as long as it has not shipped. 

Standard engraving rates are $5.99 for bracelets and $9.99 for watches. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered items and ship the packages out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

 

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means you must've provided us the wrong email. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary.

 

Do your provide a quality guarantee for all products being sold?

Quality is guaranteed! If you do not like the product or find damage on the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

 

How long will take to receive my order?

After your order has been processed, the delivery of your item will take 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Deliveries rarely take any longer. 

 

Do you have a return/refund policy?

Yes! We will refund any unused item, still in its original packaging, or any defective items. The customer will need pay return shipping as stated in our store policies.
